Scope of the project: All the blocks of Bikaner district Sridungargarh, Lunkaransar, Nokha, Srikolayat Khajuwala, Panchu and Bikaner Rural, Financial assistance - National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, project start-September 2017Main objectives of the program:The work of digitization of self-help groups formed under the E-Shakti project is to be done. Under this project, NABARD has decided to digitize self-help groups in the Bikaner and Jhalawar districts of Rajasthan. It is a matter of pride that our district Bikaner, one of the 2 districts of Rajasthan, has also been included under digitalization by NABARD. The work of digitization of self-help groups in the Bikaner district was entrusted to Urmul Trust, Bikaner. Under which digitization of about 5000 self-help groups of the entire Bikaner district is to be done.Description of project works: Collecting information about formed self-help groups. Identification and selection of animators. Getting training of selected animators. Distribution of tablets to the trained animators. Providing information and establishing coordination by organizing meetings with local administration, NABARD and bankers. To organize regular and scheduled meetings with participating organizations and selected animators. And sharing the progress of the program with all the stakeholders from time to time.Details of the work done under the data updation under the project:From September 2017 to March 2018, data updation work of self-help groups was done by 138 animators working under the project.Conducting meetings with all stakeholders on completion of work.Animators training under the project:To update the work of digitization in the Bikaner district from time to time and to compile all the activities of the group through a mobile app, a one-day training was organized on December 09, 2017, at Swami Keshwanand Agricultural University, Bikaner in collaboration with NABARD. In the process of updating the bank account the group and the online application for a loan application to the group told all the animators about the monthly savings of the group as well as mutual transactions and recovery and transactions with the bank through the mobile app. Told.Animators working on the project:Presently 138 animators are employed under the project in the Bikaner district, who are continuously and regularly doing the work of data updation of self-help groups under the project since September 2017.
